In this section we list, as a checklist, all the actions to be carried out to achieve each objective. For each action we must assign all the resources involved and the breakdown of tasks for each action; this is how a comprehensive control is completed in Excel.

Within the actions, the factors that directly influence their achievement must be taken into account. It may be the case that in order to achieve a specific action, a financial amount must be invested or that it is necessary to successfully complete a previous action.



4. Metrics
This sheet will be the basis for all the data extracted from the different analytical tools ( Analytics , ERPs, CRMs). It will show the evolution of our business in a quantitative way, comparing the objectives set with the results obtained. In this section we will have the different KPIs and graphs that will allow us to know at all times whether or not we are deviating from our objectives.



5. Target or audience we are addressing
