From my practice and experience with the DENIS clinic project, I will say that it is worth starting work in the field of SMM, probably, when you clearly define the direction of the project for yourself. When you already have a logo and a registered legal entity, and you are ready to develop any project, even if it is not related to medicine. From this moment you should start working on social networks, especially on Instagram and Facebook.
When to start working in SMM?
Using the example of our project, I can tell you that the launch took place in germany rcs data May 2020, almost three years ago. At that time, we registered a legal entity and decided on the concept of the project. The first post on Facebook appeared in December 2020.
When we first started, we didn't have a dedicated SMM specialist on the team, and those first posts were kind of experiments. The first Instagram post appeared in the spring of 2021.
We immediately activated two social networks: first we started on Facebook, and then we added Instagram. It is important to note that the clinic was launched only last summer — after a year and a half of promotion and publications on social networks.
