obvious, but many webinars are delayed by up

Remember that your audience has reserved their time for you and you must take it seriously or you will create a very bad image. Create a waiting room for attendees who arrive 5 minutes early. Have you thought about showing a start screen with a countdown clock? And playing music before starting? It is about recreating a comfortable environment avoiding those “you will soon enter the event” screens.

During the webinar. Try not to read or stick to coo email list the text on the screen. It is best to speak naturally and look at the camera. Try to vocalize and pause during the presentation. It is not about giving a monologue, interact and ask for participation . If you see that at some point you are talking about something complex, ask to make sure that the attendees have not gotten lost and are in tune with the presentation.

Remember that if you choose the 'meeting' format, the attendees can open the microphone and intervene at their discretion. Therefore, we only recommend it for small audiences and in familiar environments. If not, the best option is the 'conference' mode. Check the different plans in your application.

After the webinar, set up a plan for those who were unable to attend. The next day, send an email with a link to the recorded webinar content without the Q&A portion. For those who did attend, you can send an email thanking them for attending, a short survey, and even some valuable information related to the core content of the webinar.
