They tried different people

Post by aminaas1576 »

I'll tell you a simple case. A person came to me once, he has an online school of the Armenian language. Who haven't they tried for the community position!: SMM specialists, community managers, they tried to run the club themselves - nothing worked. I advised them to take some zealous student who is learning Armenian, and put this student to develop the community. Offer such a person a position and work with him. And then two months later they wrote to me that everything is great, everything is great, they found such a person. He works, he is passionate about the Armenian language, so he communicates very well with everyone and this was a very good solution.

I believe that a good community needs to be nurtured and educated. If you hire someone from outside, you need to include in the vacancy that you need experience in such and such a niche, that you need to understand such and such things. An abstract search will not lead to anyone.

Irina Korman wrote well about the KPI of a community japan email list manager in her article “ 10 ways to stir up your community ” . The editors actually collected the opinions of three content marketers.

How to moderate posts and is the TG channel format suitable for a closed club
I think that if we talk about Telegram channels, it’s better to use a combination: a Telegram channel plus an attached chat where the discussion takes place.

This is a really good connection: posts are posted in the channel, and the main heat comes in the discussions, people communicate. And yes, Telega is ideal for this. There is nothing better than Telega, Telega rules.
