Our agenda at RD Summit 2018

Another edition of the largest marketing and sales event in Latin America has arrived. And as is traditional, my team and I will be there, attending the lectures and business fair. Oh! Of course, there will also be coffee with clients, friends and partners.

For professionals in the field, the RD Summit is a real amusement park. And one of those big ones that when you enter you don't even know where to start. That's why we selected some lectures with very diverse themes, but very relevant for those who want to increase their business results.

Wednesday, November 7th
9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.: Plenary – with Martha Gabriel. Martha is considered one of the greatest experts in the areas of innovation and interactivity in Brazil. She is the author of the bestseller “Marketing in the Digital Age”.

10:35am to 11:15am: People over pixels: 5 mantras for customer-focused growth – with Monica Adractas, global head of Workplace by Facebook.

11:35 AM to 12:15 PM: Marketing Strategies of $1B+ Companies – with Bill Macaitis. Bill is an advisor to the Council for Potential Unicorns and Decacorns. He has leadership experience at companies such as Slack (CRO/CMO), Zendesk (CMO) and Salesforce (SVP of Marketing).

12:35-1:15 p.m.: Building a world-class Customer Success organization using a poland telemarketing data prescriptive approach – with Patrick Lawler, Director of Customer Success at Azuqua and former Director of
Fraud Analytics Operations at Amazon Marketplace.

1:35pm to 2:15pm: The 12 Characteristics of an Effective Customer Success Organization – with Todd Eby, CEO & Co-Founder of SuccessHACKER.

2:45 pm to 3:45 pm: Plenary – with Eric Santos, Co-founder and CEO of Resultados Digitais.

4:05-4:45 PM: Building a World-Class Product Organization – with Chris Yeh. Former VP of Product at Box, Chris has also worked at Yahoo!, Blue Martini Software, and Oracle.

3:15 pm to 6:15 pm: Plenary – with Robert Cialdini, president of Influence at Work, expert in the areas of persuasion, compliance and negotiation and bestselling author of The New York Times.

Thursday, November 8th
9:10am to 10am: Plenary – with Jacco Vander, founder of Kooij Winning By Design. Jacco has been a sales mentor for several companies in Silicon Valley. This includes Reach Capital and Storm Ventures.

10:20 am to 11 am: You won't be able to sell like this anymore – with Guilherme Machado from Grupo Quebre as Regras, master's student in Neuromarketing (Florida Christian University) and with CBO Certification – Chief Brain Office (the most complete neuroscience course applied to business management in Latin America).

11:20 am to 12:00 pm: DNA in sales: the biology behind performance – with Matt Doyon, founder of Rock Content.

12:20-1:00 PM: Meet your new Marketing department: your customers – with Mark Organ, CEO of Influitive. Mark revolutionized B2B marketing by founding Eloqua (ELOQ), the world’s leading marketing automation software .

1:20-2:00 p.m.: Building a Team of Great CSMs – with Chad Horenfeldt. He is the Vice President of Customer Success and was named one of Mindtouch’s Top 25 Influencers of 2017 and 2018. He was also included in Fit Small Business’s Top Influencers of 2018.

2:20pm to 3:00pm: 7 Advanced Techniques to Build a Domain with Authority and Trust – with Judith Lewis. Judith is the founder of DeCabbit Consultancy and a contributor to the Huffington Post. She is also a judge for the Search Awards and SEMrush Australia, considered the most important awards in the market.

3:20pm to 4:00pm: The new role of Services in a customer-obsessed company – with Saood Shah , VP of Professional Services at Gainsight.

4:30 p.m. to 5:20 p.m.: Plenary with Ricardo Amorim, a renowned economist, graduated from the University of São Paulo and with a postgraduate degree in International Finance from ESSEC in Paris. Ricardo is one of the hosts of the Globonews program “Manhattan Connection,” the only Brazilian among the best and most important global speakers on the British website Speakers Corner, and the biggest influencer on LinkedIn worldwide.

5:20-6:10 p.m.: Plenary – with NASA astronaut Yvonne Cagle. Dr. Cagle has facilitated the NASA/Google relationship focused on disaster response, and has spoken at TedX Belgium, the World Science Festival in New York, and the Hyperloop Academy.
