Yulia Savushkina, special correspondent: “Traditionally, at the end of the year, one of the main issues facing elected representatives is the financial issue. The city budget for next year has already undergone the procedure of public hearings and was also considered at meetings of the relevant committees of the City Duma. Now the deputies will have to make a final decision on this matter.”

The draft budget of the city district for 2024 and the next two years is presented at the 60th meeting of the City Duma by the head of the Finance Committee of the regional center administration, Vladimir Shlykov. The main betting database financial document of the city is drawn up taking into account participation in three national projects: "Education", "Housing and Urban Environment" and "Demography", as well as regional and municipal programs. The budget remains socially oriented.

Expenditures on municipal services make up the remaining portion of the budget’s expenditure items, and funds will be directed to areas such as national security and law enforcement, the national economy, housing and utilities, and environmental protection.”
