Managing a large contact list can get overwhelming, especially if you want to quickly find specific groups of people—like colleagues, family, clients, or friends. Adding custom tags or labels to your contacts is a great way to organize and filter them easily. Here’s how you can add custom tags to your contact entries and make your phonebook smarter and more efficient.

Using Google Contacts:
Google Contacts makes tagging simple with its Labels feature. When you open a contact, you can assign one or multiple labels such as “Work,” “VIP,” “Family,” or create your own custom label. By adding custom tags or labels, you gain better control over your contact list, making it easier to find the right people exactly when you need them—whether it’s for work projects, social events, or family emergencies.
