What are the pitfalls to avoid when it comes to SEO?

Post by shukla7789 »

In your opinion, what are the most common challenges in the SEO sector in France?

The constant use of AI tools.

There are many tools such as Ubersuggest, Keywordtool, Semrush… They are very useful for content creators to list keywords related to the articles that must be written for a client's site to be referenced.

The catch is that if each of us relies solely on our own tools, all of these same words appear with the same frequency on northeast mobile number database sites. Take the concrete example of a toy store that has just opened and is looking to make itself known and stand out from the competition.

The tools mentioned above will provide us with the following keywords: toys, games, board games, dolls, figurines, etc. The problem is that all toy stores offer these products.

The real question to ask your client is: "What truly sets you apart in the market?" This could be related to a specific product type, such as Pokémon figurines. But it could also be related to CSR, such as offering games for sale that are limited to French or European production in order to limit long-distance transport and imports.

As you can see, relying entirely on AI can lead you to become a mere executor instead of a mastermind. Yet, that's what will make the difference!

What advice do you have for new media?

First and foremost, define precisely the criteria that define your employer brand. Wasting time before you get started will save you time later.

Competition on the internet is tough, it's best to be prepared to survive at first and make yourself known later.

A second piece of advice? Perseverance. It's a hallmark of quality that requires us to accept our mistakes and then innovate.

How to adapt to search engine updates like Google in terms of SEO?

It's not difficult to adapt to Google updates; you just need to keep informed and train regularly.

However, this means that you should never rest on your laurels, as the internet is constantly evolving. If you don't want to get lost, it's best to perfect your technique every day.

What tools can be used to track and analyze SEO results? How can you measure return on investment?

There are several tools to quantitatively measure SEO results such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

For my part, I think that the only real tool is qualitative in nature and consists of observing the positioning of the site. If you get your client to rank on page 1 or 2 of the results given by Google search engines for a predefined key query, while it was ranked on page 10, you have succeeded in your work as a Web editor/SEO.
