In March we informed you that Facebook was planning to incorporate hashtags or #s into the Facebook social network. Today it is already a reality and not only on Facebook but also on Google+ .
In online marketing, the hashtag or # has become associated with Twitter. There are even those who believe that they are the creators, but the real creators were its community of users. The use of the hashtag allows you to add conversations and see what other people have published regarding the concept that is being talked about in the hashtag.
The main problem with applying the hashtag to Facebook is that to see the comments of any person you must be a friend of that person. Facebook has solved this directly and you can access, as on Twitter, the comments tagged with the lebanon telegram data hashtag of any person whether you are a friend or not, so you must be careful with its use. Facebook will also link the # with its advertising campaigns.
The use of the hashtag on Google+, Google's social network, works the same as on Facebook.
In fact, to use it on either social network, you simply have to add the # with the keyword of interest and that's it, you don't have to search for any specific field because it doesn't exist. For example, you can put #marketingonline in your comment and, once published, anyone who clicks on it will access the posts of users tagged with the same hashtag.
It seems that soon the use of hashtags will be as common on Google+ or Facebook as on Twitter or Pinterest. That is, once people discover that they can be used. Once again, it is clear that within online marketing, social networks are converging and there are fewer and fewer differences in functionality between them.
