New online esoteric store for Libèrnia Mágica

Today we present a project that is different from what we usually do. Libernia Màgica is an esoteric store in Barcelona (in Mataró), dedicated to the sale of esoteric products, and that also offers tarot services (specialized in love tarot, either in person or by telephone). When they came to La Teva Web they had two websites that worked in parallel: an online store for esoteric products, and a second corporate one dedicated to tarot and rituals. Now they have decided to merge both websites into one, under the domain liberniamagica.com.

The new Libèrnia Màgica is, in essence, an online store for esoteric products. In addition to the catalogue and purchasing process, the website includes love tarot services (in person or by phone), an explanation of the company, contact forms, and a news section.

In terms of web design, we had a reference to a logo with a medieval feel, inserted in a wax seal. This seal, for example, is transferred to the icon that indicates when a product is on sale. And we also had an indication from the client that they spain telegram data wanted something baroque and very modern and stylish for their sector. And so it was: we presented a website with a black background, sometimes plain but often with backgrounds in baroque motifs, like wallpaper. We also introduced many baroque lines and ornamentation in gold. This message is reinforced by the main typeface chosen, a modular serif type, which is also sometimes shown in gold. But to facilitate reading and give it a modern feel, it is combined with a standard secondary typeface for web reading.

The cards for all esoteric products are displayed inside tarot cards, which is one of the company's main activities. In addition, using CSS layout, we have achieved that when we place the cursor over product cards, they make random lateral movements, simulating the movements of cards on the table. A magical touch for a website that wants to convey that atmosphere. Once inside the product card, in addition to the information inside the tarot card, a video of the product can be shown and related products can be displayed.

At the programming and configuration level of the website, we have encountered some difficulties. We have had to redirect domains and servers, deal with services from low-cost domain companies (the services are also low), we have carried out a 301 so as not to lose the SEO accumulated previously, and we have installed an SSL certificate in the store, to guarantee the user safe browsing and purchasing through https.

From the publication of the online store, we will work so that Libèrnia Màgica obtains a good SEO positioning for concepts such as esoteric store or online esoteric store .
