How can the core value pillar be expressed in the simplest terms?

Post by Rina7RS »

This brings us to the next set of elements for defining market-product fit – the product hypothesis elements. The four important elements defined as a product hypothesis are:

Core Value Proposition . What is the core value prop of the product? How does it tie back to the core problem?
Hook
Time to value . How quickly can we get value to our target audience?
Stickiness . How and why do customers stick around? What are the product’s natural retention mechanisms?
For the Signals product, the assumptions are as follows:

Core Value Proposition . Understand what your prospects are macedonia mobile database doing and thinking so you know how to sell better.
Hooked . See who opens and clicks on your emails.
Time to value . Fast less than 1 minute. Install extension -> verify email -> send test email -> get notification. That instant notification proves the value.
Stickiness . High. The product only requires users to check a box to continue receiving notifications, and each notification re-engages people in the product. With the Chrome extension, we can also place prompts in the UI to further keep people engaged.

These assumptions are extremely important. As you will see in subsequent articles in this series, they inform and profoundly influence other components of the framework, such as Channel and Model.
