Deal Stages. What are the key steps in the gambling data turkey team's buying process? Effective deal stages are clearly defined and tied to a trackable action. Some common stages are: calls scheduled, follow-up emails sent, proposal developed, deal won and deal lost.
Country, and company website. However, these fields do not cover industry-specific information. Custom fields ensure that a CRM contains all the important information for the marketing, sales, and service teams of a particular company. Use these options to customize fields.
Lead ownership. For a CRM system to be effective, departments need clear rules governing the ownership of leads and accounts. Without this information, there will be conflicts between individual sales employees or between departments (e.g. sales and service).
Territory Carving. If a company uses geographic territories to determine sales, the CRM must be configured to store this information. Some CRM systems also allow for automatic lead routing based on territory rules.
