How Webpromo resumed work

In an exclusive for the portal "NV» Webpromo CEO Yuri Kopishinsky spoke about the agency’s experience of resuming work in the first year of the war.

As with most Ukrainians, talk of war began before February 24. In the weeks leading up to the full-scale invasion, investments in some areas were frozen in order to brazil cell phone number list reduce potential risks.

“Back then, we weren’t thinking about the future of digital, but rather about how to survive,” Yuri shares.

When, thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Troitsky Regional Defense Troops, and volunteers, the territories returned to Ukrainian control, the industry began to gradually revive. Thus, in May, about 35% of advertisers were restored. Power outages did not interfere with work either, because many clients were ready to cooperate despite all the challenges. The Webpromo office became a kind of hub, where even clients came to work.

During the year, the main task was to preserve the team, because business is, first and foremost, people. Some employees had to be sent on unpaid leave, but this concerned interns and those colleagues who dropped out of work communications for no reason. To date, Webpromo has managed to return the vast majority of clients, as well as attract completely new companies to cooperation. Despite all the difficulties, the team is working and bringing victory closer.
