It's not easy to sit down and tell a story about something you've been working on for the last 1159 days...

On April 29, 2020, on THRIVITY, we clicked enter and it saw the light of day.

And it has been alive and present on the market for a year. It has helped many people find jobs, gain additional knowledge and skills, and at the same time, many companies find the right candidates for their organizations and create teams.

But the story begins much earlier, in February 2018 cayman islands number dataset I first shared the idea with my current partners.

I set out to sketch the idea into reality and in April of that year I met Hayan from HASELT, a man who unfortunately left us too soon, and is to a large extent "guilty" of THRIVITY existing today.

After many conversations, opinions, and drawings, the project was given the project name "Talent Market" and we began development in January 2019....

Thrivity
We had the name THRIVITY and the slogan You Deserve a Good Job in November 2019.
In March 2020, everything was ready, we even had an internal celebration, and weHASELT, before the official launch… And the next day we entered the COVID 19 crisis. So we postponed the launch of THRIVITY to the end of April, precisely to April 29, when we published the first ads. The “machine” worked, made the first connections between people looking for work and companies hiring.

And here we are today, a year later. The machine started working, we started at the most difficult level.

The platform operates 24/7, there is no curfew or isolation for it.

When I was talking to the team about the topic of first birthdays, I said we're not celebrating a first birthday, but rather celebrating one year of life, and for that we're raising a toast.

In this one year, I am especially glad that we are all together and that we are healthy. I am proud and grateful to the team, the people and companies around us who believe in us and constantly encourage us in our mission. If I have to single out significant things that marked the first year of THRIVITY , then those are the formation of THRIVITYThe Career Center and the publication of our book THRIVITY Activator .

THRIVITY is an online job marketplace and exists to connect people looking for work and companies that hire, but above all, our primary task as a team is to selflessly share all of our experience and knowledge in the field of human capital and to positively impact the society in which we create and live.
