Create the contact

Post by Ehsanuls55 »

Have you created a small and very homogeneous audience? Congratulations! Now we are going to move on to the contact phase .

If you have Huntool and LGM, this is the winning combination! All you have to do is select the “source” column and then click “export LGM”: your audience will be automatically created in LGM:

You can then launch a contact sequence by pre-crafting your message (you can find more information on how to write the best recruitment messages here ).

Of course, LinkedIn is now saturated with recruiters, so anything goes if you want to stand out from the crowd:

Voice messages
videos (with VideoAsk , for example)
and above all, provide information to attract your candidate: position, salary, etc.
As part of a candidate pool strategy, it is a matter of creating an initial exchange with candidates: as vp it email list soon as a candidate responds to you, you have won! If you use Huntool, we advise you to set a goal achieved with the Huntool integration so that your candidate moves to the “responded” column on their own.

Pro-tip on your sequence: a little boost (almost) never hurts

Step 3: Establish contact
If your candidate says 'thanks, I'm interested', you can go for a bottle of champagne . If they say 'no', then the nurturing work begins .

The 2 main types of negative response are:

No thanks, this is not the right time for me.

Great, you've got it right! Now all you need to do is send out a job advert at the right time!

I'm actually looking for this or that

The good news is that this isn't too bad, because now that you know what your candidate is interested in, you'll hit the nail on the head next time. And in any case, you've already started the conversation!

Now you are going to build on this initial exchange to develop the relationship using 2 types of messages:

Content posts: In particular, a selection of current jobs or business content.
Status Updates : “We haven’t talked in 6 months, would you like a career update?”
Let's break it down together:
