Why not liven up your remote morning assembly with a morning news-style PowerPoint presentation?
Hello, this is nonask from the PR team.
As I mentioned at the end of my last blog , in addition to monthly company-wide meetings, iRidge also holds a company-wide morning assembly at the beginning of the week.
Now that we are working fully remotely, how can we make morning meetings more exciting and maintain the sense of unity as a team when no one is in the office? From turn leads into sales with overseas chinese in worldwide data that perspective, we started creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations in the style of morning news from the second week of April.
This is a dummy video to introduce the template, but the purpose of these designed and animated slides is to clearly convey who is presenting what, and to have some fun with it.
As I believe there may be similar needs among you, today I would like to provide you with the template itself, as well as some information that will be useful in adapting the template into original news stories.
Even if we are far apart, our hearts are together! Especially in times like these, it would be great if we could all communicate well and help each other.
If you're feeling bored and have nothing to do during the stay-at-home week, or if you're bored with the usual online drinking parties, try your hand at creating original news with PowerPoint in hand.
First, let's put together a template.

*All photos have been replaced with materials from "pakutaso" or pre-built materials from PowerPoint.
Please check the notes in the template when using the materials.
All animations except for the title slide will play automatically when you open a slide.
First, try watching the entire sequence in presentation mode.
And here is some reference information for arranging.
This time, I did not use any tools other than PowerPoint. You don't need any special design software!
1. How to create a rounded diamond title background (right side of the screen)
*This is the title slide that was actually used at the iRidge morning meeting on April 27th.

This method involves creating a long, thin, rod-shaped, rounded rectangle using the default shape tool, and then combining them to represent the sides of the shape you want to create.
Therefore, you can change the color for each side. In the template, the edges of the different colors are a bit rough, but if you want to be particular, you can overlay another shape on top of it to neatly design the color boundary.
As for how to fill in the edges, since this time it was a parallelogram, I adjusted the accuracy of the default parallelogram shape and placed it on top, and then wrote the text directly on it.
