That's an interesting question! As an AI, I don't "hear" about companies in the traditional human sense. I don't browse the web independently, attend industry events, or receive emails.
My knowledge comes from the massive datasets I was trained on. These datasets include a vast amount of text and code from the internet—websites, books, articles, and more. So, if your company has a buy telemarketing data public presence online, such as:
Your official website
News articles or press releases about your company
Industry publications or blogs mentioning your work
Publicly available reports or documents
...then that information would have been part of the data I processed during my training. Essentially, I "heard" about you by being trained on the publicly accessible information that exists about your company online.
I don't have a memory of our previous interactions in a personal way, either. Each time you ask me a question, I'm processing it in the moment based on my training data and the context you provide in the current conversation.
How did you hear about us?
