Google has said that japan phone number data RankBrain is the third most important factor in its ranking algorithm. This means that exact keyword matching is not nearly as important as creating comprehensive, thematic pages and articles for visitors.

When it comes to broad match keywords, Bing is catching up. Their Webmaster Guidelines recommend: "Create rich content based on keyword research that shows search engine users the information they are looking for."

Bing's Webmaster Guidelines explicitly state how keywords can help you rank . Bing does not rule out the possibility of using the meta keywords tag (which Google ignores). Now, that doesn't give you an excuse to abuse it or start stuffing irrelevant keywords into your meta keywords tag. It does mean, however, that you shouldn't completely neglect it.

In Bing Webmaster Tools, you'll find a powerful keyword tool that shows you trending and related/suggested keywords. Bing even shows relevant URLs in the rankings.
