What is the difference between a potential customer and a prospective customer?
There is only one difference between potential customers and prospective customers that you should keep in mind.
That is whether or not they know about your company's products and services. With that in mind, I would like to clearly define potential customers and prospective customers.
What are potential customers?
Potential customers are basically people who are unaware of the existence of your company's products or services. It's

That doesn't mean that everyone other than existing customers and potential customers is a potential customer. This is because, even if someone is simply unaware of your company's products or services, people who would have no connection to you even if they found out about them cannot be called potential customers. are people who currently have no connection to your company's products or services because they are unaware of them, but who may become interested if they were to learn about them.
