If the member you want to send a message to is not on the list, it may be because they are not registered as a contact.



How to add from past received emails
If the email address you want to send to is healthtrax corporate email list not registered as a contact, there are several ways to send the email, but we recommend adding it from an email you received in a previous exchange.



When you open the received email, place the cursor on the name you want to register.



Next, click "Add to Contacts". The contact will now be added to your contacts.



If you want to edit the name or other details, click "Edit Contact."



How to add from the address book
You can also add them directly from your address book.



Select "Other Contacts" at the bottom left of the screen to display email addresses you have sent or received messages from in the past. Place the cursor on the email address you want to add and select "Add to Contacts" on the right side of the screen.
