The team of students was given the goal of creating a game for the employees and volunteers of the NGO "Nochlezhka". It had to be introductory, educational and entertaining, so that the employees could have a useful rest.
The team had never worked on a game. We searched for czech republic telegram data information on the development algorithm, analyzed similar games in world practice. The logic and mechanics were thought out by the entire team: everyone threw in their own concept, everyone offered ideas, discussed, decided, chose. We relied on the customer's desire to make a game based on NPO projects, to introduce new employees to them.
The development team studied the NGO's documents and identified tasks that the game could help Nochlezhka close:
help new employees adapt faster, understand the employee’s tasks in each project;
attract newcomers to volunteer work in NGOs;
help track the status of employees to prevent burnout at work, through the Psychologist location, which can be administered by a full-time psychologist of the NPO (change the test and answers, track the employee's progress through the location);
introduce people to the work of Nochlezhka, talk about how the NGO works, who the homeless are and how to properly help them;
In MVP 2, it is possible to implement the receipt of donations in the Android application - both one-time and permanent. This is useful for forming the budget of an NPO;
prevention of homelessness.
The following technology stack was used in developing the backend part:
