Let's say you run a corporate blog

Personalization
What do I mean by “personalization”? It’s not a place to display your newsletter or a method of building your mailing list in the sense of “do X so more people sign up for your site.” It’s more of a way of thinking about how to do it right.

In the previous point, I emphasized that contextual matching is key, so that our recipient sees things that they are actually interested in. That is why newsletter subscription forms are increasingly being introduced in such a way that they are linked to the content that the user is currently viewing.

Example:
Due to the nature of your business, you have different categories of posts. On my site, europe rcs data for example, you can find posts about advertising on Google or Facebook, but also about marketing strategy. And there's nothing stopping me from implementing a solution based on a subscription form that will display a different message depending on which of these tabs the viewer is on.

If a user is browsing content about Google advertising, or the paid advertising ecosystem, I can encourage them to sign up for more content like this and prepare a message. Some people go a step further and create multiple versions of a newsletter.

If we have several categories of services or content materials that we send, then probably not everyone will be interested in everything. And that is why, in order to avoid unnecessary spam or annoying messages in their mailbox, someone does not sign up for a newsletter because they are only interested in one message in five.

So let's give someone the choice to sign up only for a specific topic. This is a very common solution in news services. When you sign up for a given mailing list, you can then choose whether you are interested in news from the country, the world, economics or politics. Or maybe social or cultural? You check off one or more of these topics and then get a personalized version of the news.

Alternatively, it can be done in such a way that you prepare several versions of the newsletter, even if you had to manually configure them at the level of your sending tool, but you have a separate text for B2B, e-commerce or another market segment. Think about how you could implement this at your place and use it to develop your mailing base.
