However, starting to create a website without having planned a basic structure, such as what the project's pages will be, is a big mistake. I've seen websites being completely redesigned because of this.

If you don't know what content and tools your philippines number dataset will have, there's no point in starting to create it, or even looking for a ready-made template. Something will be missing. It will go wrong!

In this case, creating a Google My Business listing is enough. This way, you will have a page in searches with the name of your business, a photo gallery, contact phone number and opening hours.

Unless you provide services on request at other times, in this specific case a website becomes unnecessary.

On the other hand, you should not be held hostage by social networks and messaging apps.

Facebook and Instagram are constantly changing, demanding more and more money to improve exposure and engagement. WhatsApp goes offline quite frequently, sometimes by court order.

And then there's the fact that you can be unfairly penalized or banned, or simply lose your account. Besides, nothing lasts forever – like Orkut.

When in doubt, make a list of the pros and cons of having a website for your business. That way you can be sure whether it will be a good investment or a waste of money.

In summary, the step-by-step process for creating a website is as follows:

Planning: The main focus of this text. As I mentioned above, I will talk about this subject in a moment;
Request, budget and proposal: The quote for the website creation project with a professional. This part must be very detailed, and it is much easier when there is – guess what – a plan;
Research: In addition to the research carried out in your planning, the professional will also carry out some analyses from a more technical point of view;
Project design: Creation of logo, visual identity, draft, wireframe and website layout. This work will take a few weeks to complete;
Development: Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), back-end (programming) and necessary integrations (plugins, APIs, etc.). Depending on the size of your website, this can take months;
Testing: A battery of tests is performed at the end of development. This can be divided into two stages: 1) QA ( Quality Assurance ); and 2) customer testing in a homologation environment, which will confirm, in practice, that everything is meeting their needs;
Publication and launch: When all content is published in the final environment. And when the project goes live, new tests are carried out, in addition to monitoring.
