Let's give some examples:
Receive a salary of 100,000 rubles at your current place of work by February 2020.
Become a student of the MGIMO food and beverage email list Faculty of Economics in 2020.
Complete training at a driving school before November 2019.
Reduce weight by 5 kg by October 1, 2019.
Spend a week in Italy from January 1st to January 7th, 2020.
Learn 50 new words in English before August 15, 2019.
Take part in the webinar “How to achieve your goal” on July 15, 2019.
Each goal given corresponds to all the principles of the SMART methodology, so the above formulations can be used as a model.
In order to take the first step towards your dream, you must first define your intention (preferably in writing). In the process of formulating your goal, try to use all the principles of the SMART method. This will allow you to immediately identify the difficulties that may prevent your desire from coming true.

The use of the SMART method is not advisable in the following cases:
When it is impossible to imagine a specific date for achieving a goal . Long-term SMART planning does not make sense, since the situation can change dramatically (especially if you set irrelevant goals before the deadlines are reached).
If it is important for you not to achieve the final result , but only to start moving in the right direction.
If you know in advance that no actions will be taken , the method in question loses its meaning. SMART always involves performing a certain sequence of actions to achieve the set goals.
