When we started the project, Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio were not so popular yet. We developed our own tool — analytical dashboards. We combined the marketing indicators of all partners into one Google table and set up visualization.

We developed a separate landing page for each partner. We set up analytics counters on them. The counters transmitted data to Google tables. hungary consumer email list Applications from feedback forms were also collected there. The client received information about all partners in one window.

In Google Sheets we made 2 types of dashboards:

marketing metrics of each partner,
summary of all partners.

Applications from landing pages were collected in a table for a separate partner. The date and time of the request, contact information of each potential client and comments left were immediately reflected here:

Data from Google Universal Analytics was downloaded next to it:

source of transition,
channel,
advertising campaign,
number of sessions,
budget,
number of leads,
cost of one lead.

The dashboard calculates the efficiency and profitability of each advertising channel.

In the summary for all partners, we have set up visualization by data groups:

partner conversions,
impressions and clicks,
expenses.

Here we assessed the effectiveness of each partner. In a single window mode, we compared campaign costs, cost of leads, number of applications and conversions.
