This report also features two interesting cards that are only available in the overview: “User Actions Over Time” and “User Loyalty.” User loyalty can be especially important for news or blog resources, where it is valuable to know how many users return to the site and how often.

The abbreviations AKD/AKM, AKD/AKT, and AKM/AKM are highlighted on the “User Loyalty” card. The letters D, M, and T in these abbreviations indicate the day, month, and week, respectively, and AK denotes active users.

The graphs display the ratio of active users over a specified period of time.

For example, let’s look at the DAU/MAU ratio to explain what this metric is all hong kong rcs data about. DAU/MAU measures the ratio of daily active users to total monthly active users. To better understand how this works, if this ratio is 100%, it means that users who visited your site a month ago are returning to your site every day.

In our example, if this indicator is 5.8%, it means that only 5.8% of users who visited the site a month ago return to it daily. To increase this indicator, it is important to interact with users, for example, publish articles, create informational materials, conduct webinars, product reviews, release new products, launch promotions, etc., in order to maximize user engagement on your online store.
