5. Develop your operational plan

Facilities: Are you planning to open a physical location or will you have a designated office space? Indicate where your team members will work and how it will scale as you grow.

Inventory: How do you plan to manage inventory? This is an area where many businesses struggle, so you need to have a clear strategy (and the technology to support it) to control this across all your sales channels.
