When framing the project, the client established a partnership with the CFRP Valentin Haüy (Training and Professional Rehabilitation Centers) in Paris. On this occasion, we were able to meet people with visual disabilities, interview them during a focus group, about their online procedures and about submitting applications to the MDPH (departmental homes for disabled people) in particular singapore telegram data We were able to visualize the user journey using post-its that we stuck to the wall ourselves and which precisely reproduced everyone's words. No special knowledge or configuration is required, the focus group process remains unchanged, with the exception of the icebreaker which required a slightly different configuration and reflection to change our usual images into textures, smells, sounds, or actions to be done.
The co-sketching workshop was the one we were most apprehensive about. How do you get blind people to draw interfaces? The workshop configuration, which was very similar to the focus group, and the questions asked resulted in a somewhat hybrid co-sketching workshop. Instead of asking users what they wanted to see on the screen and having them formalize it on paper, we asked them what they wanted to hear first, then second, etc. and drew their feedback live. They had to verbally prioritize the information collected in the previous workshops, and define the order in which they would arrive when navigating on the keyboard with voice commands.
For the visually impaired, the exchanges were closer to those of the classic workshop. We sought to identify the intuitive positions of each element. For example, where on the screen do they expect to find the connection button.
