The problem is that in the case

Of the Coca-Cola brand, you can't talk about one slogan. Coca-Cola has had hundreds of them throughout its history. I counted 184 slogans used in various circumstances (from single ads to entire campaigns) and for shorter or longer periods (from one month to several years).

What to do with excess wealth? Let's look at a few of the more expressive ones. Let's agree, only some of them were/are iconic and entered pop culture. Some were just functional slogans, such as Six million a day from 1925, referring to sales results.

Historically, the first slogan of the Coca-Cola brand was not impressive in terms of creativity. It europe rcs data was a simple cry Delicious! Refreshing! Exhilarating! Invigorating! The advertisement with this slogan appeared after May 8, 1886 – that was when John Pemberton sold the first bottle of his drink. Subsequent press advertisements promised more and more – Cola was supposed to cure headaches, melancholy, hysteria… well, no one verified their truthfulness at that time.

Based on slogans from different years, we can also trace how Coca-Cola changed its attitude towards… its own name . Or rather, the way consumers and competitors used it. Fighting for brand recognition in the 1920s, Coca-Cola encouraged the use of the full name with slogans: Nicknames encourage substitutions (1913), Ask for it by its full name – then you will get the genuine (1914)”.
