Sometimes, just offering quality content in your tweets isn’t enough. Sometimes, taking the plunge and asking for a “retweet” or “RT” can make all the difference.
Salesforce found that tweets that explicitly asked followers to retweet them received a 12x higher click rate than those that didn’t. When “retweet” is spelled out (in full), the retweet rate is 23x higher than average. When the abbreviation “RT” is used , the retweet rate is 10x higher .

Note: While RTing is an effective way to mail marketing to doctors do it, make sure to do it sparingly . To keep the request effective, only use it in special circumstances that are of value to your audience.

6. Recycle tweets
Two identical tweets receive almost the same amount of clicks (140 vs 132 clicks). Make sure to post them at a spaced interval if you want to increase conversions on Twitter without much effort.

When tweeting about blog posts or offers related to Twitter or social media topics in general, these tweets receive, on average, 22.5% more clicks than other types of tweets.

Trackmaven analyzed over 1.7 million tweets and found that the best time of day to tweet (for retweets) is after hours, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.
10. Respond, your customers expect it
According to Lithium, 53% of users who tweet at a brand expect a response within an hour . The percentage rises to 72% for those who tweet to make a complaint .
